Housing

The chapter house

Ours is one of the closer houses to campus, a short walk from class and the student union. The building is owned and managed by Pi Kappa Phi Properties, a separate organization from the chapter, so keeping it safe and in good repair is not left to a group of undergraduates. The photographs below are of the house as it is.

736 Elm Ave, Norman, OK 73069

Property management

Pi Kappa Phi Properties

Pi Kappa Phi Properties is separate from both the national fraternity and this chapter. The building itself is its responsibility. If you want to know who is accountable for the condition of the house, it is them, and you can read about them without taking our word for it.
